TCP/IP Proc Dialog part
Select the TCP Procedure Dialog part to add a conversation that represents a simple exchange with a server application. If you have defined the needed information for the server and if a C or COBOL record exists, then the record can be used to connect to other parts of the application.
The execute action causes the client application to do the following:
1. Connect to the server defined by the connectionSpec, which was set up using the settings view.
2. Send the record to the server.
3. Receive the record back from the server with its modified data.
4. Disconnect from the server.
